Many of the ideas put here are debatable and may even be controversial. Please put your ideas and arguments as comments. I welcome and respect yourself and your ideas and we can always close an argument with a mutual disagree status (Both parties say "I don't agree with you"). May be an insight we get after years in the future might warrant us to reopen it and conclude.
